Since 1937, BCI has built critical infrastructure across Western Canada. Today, we operate net-positive heavy industrial facilities across two provinces — modernizing our industry while honouring the generations who built it.

BCI is looking to hire multiple students through the summer to complete general support tasks. Work may include painting, yard work, vehicle cleaning, organizing materials, and occasional errands.

Hours are flexible and may range from part-time up to full-time depending on availability and operational needs.

Applicants must have reliable transportation to BCI’s office location on North Plains Road across from White City / Emerald Park. Look for the large solar panels.

Requirements

Minimum 15 years of age
Applicants who are 15 years old require a Young Worker Readiness Certificate
Driver’s license preferred but not required
Reliable transportation to the office location is required

How hiring works.

We keep the process direct. If a role requires documentation or certification, we will ask for it. If a site requires orientation or prequalification, we will coordinate it.

BCI is a union employer. Many site roles are filled through union halls and dispatch. When positions are posted here, they reflect roles outside hall dispatch or project-specific requirements.
